<p>In the present invention, for manufacturing a metal sheet applied to the various industrial products including interior and exterior decorative materials of a building, a vehicle, or domestic appliance etc, disclosed is a new metal sheet using aluminum which can improves the durability of the metal sheet, improves the productivity per time significantly, and expresses various images on the surface of the metal sheet to upgrade quality, and a manufacturing apparatus and manufacturing process thereof. The metal sheet using aluminum according the present invention comprises: adhering an aluminum plate on the surface of the metal sheet with hotmelt; applying a primer on the upper surface of the aluminum plate; forming a printing layer consisting of various patterns on the surface of the primer which is coated on the surface of the aluminum plate; and forming a UV coating layer on the surface of the printing layer.</p> |
