PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power steering device capable of acquiring an integrated feeling with a vehicle according to lateral acceleration.SOLUTION: A second vehicle reaction force model 82 calculates a third correction spring reaction force torque Tso as to increase an elastic component included in steering reaction force according to the increase of lateral acceleration LA. The larger the lateral acceleration LA acting on the vehicle becomes, the further suppressed the increase of a basic driving torque used for calculation of a target pinion angleθ. By the amount of the suppression of magnitude of the basic driving torque, the target pinion angle calculated by a target pinion angle calculation unit, and also a correction component with respect to a basic assist component decrease. As a result, steering auxiliary force imparted to a steering mechanism also decreases and steering reaction force of the steering increases according to the decrease. Therefore, suitable steering reaction force can be acquired according to the magnitude of the lateral acceleration LA.
