A traditional Chinese medicine capable of triggering lung adenocarcinoma cell autophagy, mainly selected from the medicinal material of polygala tenuifolia, and the dosage thereof being determined by a doctor according to the constitution and condition of a patient. Administering the traditional Chinese medicine either powdered or extracted can trigger the lung adenocarcinoma cell autophagy (lysis) function, thus achieving therapeutic effect. Screening of a target enzyme via the novel protein transport mode proves that polygala tenuifolia has the efficacy of triggering lung adenocarcinoma cell autophagy (lysis) function, thus achieving the therapeutic effect of treating cancer. |
