[Classes 79 (iii) and 136 (i) and 136 (iii)] The frame comprises a forked steel pressing O bolted to a pair of laminated springs D bolted to forgings E provided with yokes F for the rear wheel axle. Cross-bars G, J are connected to the frame member O by stays P, and these cross-bars are connected by bars W and the engine and gearbox cradle U. V. The rear crossbar G is further connected by links H to the forgings E, and the front cross-bar J carries links I the forward ends of which carry a vertical steering pivot K for the front wheel hub. Coil springs L are interposed between the links I and the cradle member U, and a laminated spring M is provided between the steering head and the tops of wheel fork or blade members N. The handlebars are mounted on the frame O and are connected to the fork N by steering links Y. The frame is formed with three compartments A, B, C, for oils, tools, accumulator &c. and may be provided with a seat for two riders.
