FIELD: radio engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: known compensation device carries two input voltage dividers, main preamplifier, level shift circuit and output stage of former of logic levels of transistor-transistor logic. Outputs of both input voltage dividers are connected to inputs of main preamplifier which output is coupled to input of level shift circuit, output of level shift circuit is connected to input of output stage and output of former of logic levels of transistor-transistor logic is output of receiver. Salient feature of invention consists in addition of amplifier of positive feedback whose outputs are connected to input of main preamplifier and its outputs are connected through output voltage dividers to inputs of main preamplifier to form loop of positive feedback. ^ EFFECT: stabilization of value of hysteresis voltage, enhanced noise immunity of receiver, its sensitivity and maximum speed of information transmission. ^ 1 dwg |
