A storage medium is referred to to acquire guidance locations about which guidance is given relating to guidance incidents which call for guidance; from vehicles which allow selecting a setting for giving guidance and a setting for not giving guidance relating to guidance incidents but have been set not to give guidance, and which performed detection processing of the guidance incident at the guidance location, incident information is acquired indicating whether or not the guidance incident was detected or not; on the basis of the incident information, it is determined whether or not to stop guidance relating to the guidance incident at the guidance location; information stored in the storage medium is corrected so as to stop guidance relating to the guidance incident at the guidance location where it was determined to stop guidance relating to said guidance incident; and, information indicating the guidance locations and the guidance incidents for which guidance relating to said guidance incident has not been stopped is acquired from the storage medium and transmitted to a vehicle.
