<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The machine (1') has a sealing station for sealing a tray with a cover film. The sealing station includes a sealing tool upper part and a tray retainer, which includes an edge support for retaining a tray edge. The edge support includes two edge support sections (6a, 6b) movable relative to each other. A continuous transport unit e.g. transport belt, is permanently attached within the sealing station and below the tool upper part.
