A wet wipe 10, non-woven wipe or folded, packaged wipe for personal use comprising a flexible sheet 12 having manipulation means 14 (18, 22) at opposite ends that enable a user to hold and manually manipulate the wipe to self-apply a treatment product carried by wipe 10 to areas of their own body including their back. The manipulation means may be integrally formed in the sheet or attachable and detachable therefrom. The manipulation means may be provided by a loop (18), or slit or slot 14 at respective ends of the sheet, or may be in the form of a pair of attachable/detachable handles (22) that are capable of being removably attached at opposite end of the sheet. The treatment product carried by wipe 10 may be one of: a body hair removal product; an exfoliating product; a skin care product including a cleanser product; a pharmaceutical product or a moisturising product; a sun screen or sun care product; or a skin colouring product including an artificial tanning product.
