<p>The present invention relates to a technology for manufacturing a rear protector of a commercial vehicle and, more specifically, to a semi-automatic welding method for manufacturing a rear protector of a commercial vehicle. According to the present invention, the method for semi-automatically welding a rear protector of a commercial vehicle includes: a first welding step for preparing a welded object of a section steel member and a channel member by welding a spare pipe-shaped section steel member to the channel member with a ㄷ-shaped cross-section surrounding a side surface of the section steel member; and a second welding step for welding two bracket members to the channel member of the welded object of the section steel member and the channel member. In the first welding step, when the welded object of the section steel member and the channel member is fixed to expose both sides of the channel member, first and second welders on the both sides perform welding by automatically moving straight in the longitudinal direction of the body.</p> |
