<p>The present invention relates to a technology to manufacture a rear safety board for a commercial vehicle and, more specifically, to a semi-automatic welding apparatus to manufacture the rear safety board of a commercial vehicle. According to the present invention, the semi-automatic welding apparatus for the rear safety board of a commercial vehicle comprises: a body welding part to weld a body which has a shape steel member shaped into a square pipe and a channel member having a ㄷ-shaped cross section to cover the side of the shape of the shaped steel; and a bracket welding part having first and second jig parts to make first and second bracket members arranged in each home position with respect to the body to weld the first and second bracket members to the welded body. The body welding part comprises: a body fixating part to which the body is fixated with both sides of the channel member exposed; first and second welding devices positioned on both sides of the channel member; and first and second welding device conveying parts to linearly convey the first and second welding devices in a longitudinal direction of the body.</p> |
