<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a molding type film for decoration, wherein the method comprises: a first step (S10) of bonding a transfer paper (P2) with various printed colors and designs onto one surface or both surfaces of a thin film material (P1) to form a print layer (10); a second step (S20) of removing the transfer paper (P2), which is bonded onto the thin film material (P1), to form multiple half-finished products (20) through a vacuum pressure; a third step (S30) of spraying a coating liquid onto the half-finished products (20) of the material (P1), followed by drying, to form a coating layer (30); and a fourth step (S40) of cutting the multiple half-finished products (20) of the material (P) to form final products (P3). Thus, the present invention can shorten the process requirement time, thereby promoting the improvement in entire productivity; reduce the processing cost and the production cost, thereby having price competitiveness; minimize the environmental pollution through eco-friendly production, create various aesthetic sensibilities through various colors, designs, and textures, and retain excellent surface hardness for a long period of time.</p> |
