<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-terminal capacitor packaging structure in which the specification of a three-terminal capacitor can be changed easily to the specification of any one of a noise filter or a bypass capacitor. <P>SOLUTION: The three-terminal capacitor 1 has external electrodes 11, 12 for signal, external electrodes 13, 14 for ground, and projection electrodes 17, 18, and a circuit board 2 has footprints 51-55. The external electrode 11(12) for signal is connected with a power supply terminal 31(32) of an integrated circuit 3 via the footprint 51(52) and a via hole 41(42), and the external electrode 13(14) for ground is connected with a ground terminal 33(34) via the footprint 53(54) and a via hole 43(44). The projection electrodes 17, 18 come into contact, respectively, with both ends of the footprint 55 and the external electrodes 11, 12 for signal are connected electrically with the projection electrodes 17, 18 via the footprint 55. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
