The device has a radiation detector device with a detector pane (46) on which a radiation detector is arranged for detection high-energy radiation emitted from a radiation device (10). A rotary drive rotates the pane around its central axis. An evaluation and control device (30) determines an isocenter of the radiation device from measured values detected by the radiation detector. A translatory drive displaces the pane along the central axis. The evaluation and control device is connected with lasers (14, 16, 18, 20) and optical detectors by lines. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for determining a position and/or alignment of laser radiation fields displayed by a laser arrangement (2) a device for determining a deviation between an isocenter of a radiation device displayed by a laser arrangement and an actual isocenter of the radiation device.
