<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp device that can enhance freedom of controlling light distribution and reduce increase of a mass without deteriorating heat radiation performance. <P>SOLUTION: The lamp device 18 includes a light emitting module 23, a case 21, and a lighting up circuit 25. The light emitting module 23 has a light emitting element. The case 21 is open on one face side and has a base 30 on the other face side. The base 30 includes a light emitting module fixing part 46 projecting from one face, and the light emitting module 23 is fixed on the light emitting module fixing part 46.
