The present invention relates to a composition containing at least one extract selected from the group consisting of an extract of Panax notoginseug, an extract of Saponaria Officinalis L. leaves, an extract of Glycine max L. leaves, an extract of Phaseolus radiatus L. leaves, and an extract of Phaseolus vulgaris L. leaves as an active ingredient for improving, preventing, or treating Th2-mediated immune disease. The composition of the present invention has downregulatory activities on production of nitric oxide (NO), tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), and IgE and provides inexpensive production costs and ease of use by using natural substances as raw materials.
