The present invention relates to a bubble generator which has an outer pipe having multiple balls, rollers, ball plungers, valve pieces, elastic pieces, sliding pieces, or seesaw pieces as an opening and closing means opening and closing multiple penetration holes and including multiple penetration holes on the circumferential surface circumscribe an inner pipe including the multiple penetration holes on the circumferential surface, and has the inner pipe be a rotated body and the other be a fixed body, and has the inner pipe be connected to a gas supply means supplying a fluid going to be bubbles, wherein the gas supply means comprises a rotatory shaft of a motor having one side coupled with the upstream end of the inner pipe, a fan fixedly circumscribing one side or the other side of the rotating shaft of the motor to generate outer air flow, and a guide part guiding the outer air flow to the upstream end of the inner pipe. |
