<p>The invention relates to a method for setting up a conveying device, comprising a plurality of conveying zones (100-700), each of which has at least one conveying drive (110-710) and is associated with a control unit (130-530) controlling said conveying drive, comprising the step of connecting the control units among each other by means of a signal bus line (20). According to the invention, the following steps are carried out: virtually assembling the conveying device on a set-up computer (40) by virtually creating each control unit on the set-up computer, virtually defining the signalling connection of the control units by means of the bus line on the set-up computer and representing it on a graphical display unit of the set-up computer, providing a signal input on each control unit, wherein said signal input can be manually triggered via a signal transmitter, connecting the set-up computer to the signal bus line, assigning an individual bus address to each control unit by specifying an individual control unit for a user on the set-up computer, issuing a bus address to the virtual control unit by the set-up computer, manually triggering the signal input on the control unit specified on the set-up computer, and assigning the issued bus address by the triggering of the signal input, wherein said steps are repeated until each control unit has been assigned an individual bus address.</p> |
