<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cap from being damaged by not returning the cap to a hopper part regardless of the side of the cap without using air. <P>SOLUTION: A cap alignment apparatus includes: a cap alignment part that aligns a cap having an upward opening and a cap having a downward opening; a cap sorting part that guides the cap having the upward opening to the first conveyance path in an outer circumference of an outer rotor, extrudes the cap having the downward opening using a polygonal cam, and guides it to the second conveyance path in an inner circumference of the outer rotor; a twist chute through which the cap having the upward opening is made to pass with the cap downwardly reversed; a straight chute that makes the cap having the downward opening pass as it is; and a route switching part that connects an exit of either the twist chute or the straight chute to a downstream conveyance path by sliding a route switching member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
