<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily manufacturing a polyfunctional (meth)acrylic ester having an acetal structure under a mild reaction condition. <P>SOLUTION: A compound (3) is manufactured by allowing a compound (1) to react with a compound (2).
