摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming a lubrication coating film for plastic working, wherein a sophisticated coating film can be formed efficiently through an in-line process that is space-saving to mass-production forging equipment typified by a multistage forging machine and the like. <P>SOLUTION: The method of forming the lubrication coating film for plastic working includes: a surface property step of adjusting through a surface property treatment, the surface of a workpiece, so that maximum height roughness (Rz) is 5μm or larger; and a lubrication coating film-forming step of forming the lubrication coating film by projecting one or more cleavage compound crystal powders selected from molybdenum disulfide, tungsten disulfide, zinc phosphate, and calcium sulphate, by using a shot-blast or shot-peening device after the surface property step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p>
