<p>A dialysis machine having a circuit (63) for the distribution of a solvent and of a bicarbonate solution produced with the solvent and a coupling assembly (39) to couple a bag (1) containing bicarbonate powder to the circuit (63). The coupling assembly (39) has two ducts (40, 41), which can be connected to two respective passage elements (11, 12) of the bag (1). The circuit (63) has a main branch (64), which is flown through by the solvent, a solvent delivery branch (65) to receive the solvent from the main branch (64) and feed it to the first duct (40), and a solution return branch (66) to receive, from the second duct (41), the solution obtained from the dissolution of the bicarbonate powder in the solvent inside the bag (1) and to introduce the solution into the main branch (64).
