PURPOSE: An OLED display device is provided to simplify a sealing process by bonding a first substrate with a second substrate through a first sealant and a second sealant. CONSTITUTION: An OLED display device includes a first substrate(SUBS1), a second substrate(SUBS2), a first sealant(SL1), and a second sealant(SL2). The first substrate has an OLED, a thin film transistor array, and an inorganic thin film(INSL2). The inorganic thin film covers a top surface of a side surface of the thin film transistor array and the OLED. Color filters(CF) are formed on the second substrate. The first sealant and the second sealant bond the first substrate with the second substrate. The first substrate and the second substrate are a glass substrate or a plastic substrate. The first sealant and the second sealant include one of an acryl compound and an epoxy compound. |
