<p>Provided are a solar cell module and a manufacturing method thereof. Particularly, the present invention provides the solar cell module which includes a solar cell part which includes a patterned front electrode and a cover glass which is composed of a light transmitting part and a light refractive pattern part and is arranged on the upper side of the solar cell part, and the manufacturing method thereof, wherein the cover glass includes a plurality of light reflection preventing uneven parts which are formed on the light transmitting part and the light refractive pattern part. As described, sunlight which is lost by the absorption and reflection by the patterned front electrode is transmitted in the solar cell part by refracting the sunlight by the light refractive pattern part of the cover class according to the present invention. Also, the sunlight reflected on the surface of the cover glass is transmitted in the solar cell part without reflection by the light reflection preventing uneven part formed on the cover glass. The luminous efficiency of the solar cell module is improved by minimizing the light loss of the solar cell module to which the light reflection preventing uneven part is attached by forming the light reflection preventing uneven parts on the cover glass composed of the light transmitting part and the light refractive pattern part according to the present invention.</p> |
