<p>The objective of the present invention is to realize a vibratory conveying device capable of easily adjusting a conveying state along a conveying route. The vibratory conveying device comprises: a conveying unit having a conveying route; a pair of driving plate springs (11, 12) to respectively support the conveying unit at the front and the back of a conveying direction F of the conveying route; a pair of connecting units (15, 16) which are respectively connected to the conveying unit to be arranged at the front and the back of the conveying direction by interposing the pair of driving plate springs; a pair of piezoelectric driving units (D1, D2) of which one ends are respectively connected to the pair of connecting units and which are arranged at the front and the back of the conveying direction; connection members (Cn, Cw) to connect between the other ends of the pair of piezoelectric driving units; a pair of anti-vibration plate springs (17, 18) which are installed on the installation surface to respectively support the pair of connecting units at the front and the back of the conveying direction; and a spring angle adjusting unit (20) to adjust an inclination angle of the anti-vibration plate spring of at least either the front or the back of the conveying direction.</p> |
