1. A method for sealing off a joint area between a first joint partner (20) and a second joint partner (30), between which at least one elastic sealing element (18) is disposed, the method comprising:
forming at least one reservoir (14) for an anticorrosion agent (16) into a sealing surface (12.2) of the second joint partner (30); closing the at least one reservoir (14) with the elastic sealing element (18) by static pressing forces between a sealing surface (12.1) of the first joint partner (20) and the sealing surface (12.2) of the second joint partner (30); and applying heat to the anticorrosion agent such that it evaporates hydrocarbons. |
