<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting apparatus which enables a user not only to comfortably wake up at a desired time and also to comfortably fall asleep.SOLUTION: A lighting apparatus 10 comprises: a direct light emitting part 40 which emits light in a direction opposite to an installation face; indirect light emitting parts 30a and 30b which emit light in a direction along the installation face; and a control part 50 for executing (1) sleep control in which the indirect light emitting parts 30a and 30b emit light in the state where the direct light emitting part 40 is turned off during a first period that is a predetermined period from a designated time, and luminance of light which is emitted by the indirect light emitting parts 30a and 30b in the state where the direct light emitting part 40 is turned off just after the first period, is made lower than luminance of light emitted by the indirect light emitting parts 30a and 30b within the first period, and (2) wake-up control in which at least the direct light emitting part 40 emits light during a second period that is a predetermined period until a wake-up time desired by the user.</p> |
