PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a plurality of service providing devices share a state of an information processing apparatus by notifying other service providing devices different from one service providing device which acquires information about use of functions of the state of the information processing apparatus.SOLUTION: Communication means 11 communicates with service providing devices for providing a cloud service. Acquisition means 12 acquires information about use of functions (for example, printing, scanning, facsimile or the like) provided by a self-device. Notification means 13 notifies a service providing device of the state of the self-device through the communication means 11 when the acquisition means 12 acquires the information about the use. When information about use is acquired from one service providing device, the notification means 13 notifies the other service providing devices of the state of the self-device. |
