The present invention relates to a mineral carbonizing process comprising the steps of: collecting ammonia and carbon dioxide by feeding washing water; and supplying a metal salt in the washing water in which the ammonia and carbon dioxide are absorbed. According to the present invention, a mineral carbonizing process related to a carbon dioxide collecting process is provided, so that the efficiency of the carbon dioxide collecting process can be improved and carbon dioxide collecting and resourcing can be performed in a serial process. Moreover, according to the present invention, by relating the carbon dioxide collecting process to the mineral carbonizing process, a waste water discharge-free system can be realized.
