Disclosed is a vacuum insulation hot water tank. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the vacuum insulation hot water tank may comprise: a hot water storage space which has a vacuous layer around the top and side of which the bottom is closed by a cover; a heater mounted inside the hot water storage space; a water outlet pipe to discharge hot water around the top of the hot water storage space to the outside; and a bimetal installed in the outer side of the cover to cut off power applied to the heater when the cover is in a predetermined first temperature range or to apply power to the heater when the cover is in a predetermined second temperature range. |
