<p>Provided in the present invention are novel benzodioxole derivatives and the preparation method thereof. These compounds of formula (I) or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof have acetylcholine esterase inhibitory activity, so can be used in the treatment or prevention of Alzheimer's disease. The definitions of R1, R2 and A of formula (I) can be seen in the description.</p>
