The present invention relates to a drying apparatus using microwaves, which can maximize drying efficiency by coating the flooring surface with eco-friendly water-based UV curable coating agents and lowering residual moisture content of the coated water-based UV curable coatings. According to the present invention, the drying apparatus using the microwaves to dry the water-based UV curable coatings comprises a drying chamber drying the water-based UV curable coatings while the flooring coated with the water-based UV curable coatings is transferred to the inside by passing an entrance; a microwave irradiation device installed in the drying chamber, inducing microwaves to be irradiated on the flooring coated with the water-based UV curable coatings to be transferred inside the drying chamber by generating microwaves as the power is applied; and a transport means transferring the flooring coated with the water-based UV curable coatings which passed a hot air dryer to the inside of the drying chamber.
