<p>PURPOSE: A probe structure is provided to contact a probe to a pad stably by contacting at least one probe to each pad of a flat panel display. CONSTITUTION: A first ends is contacted to a first pad(12) of a flat panel display. The first ends have a narrower width than the interval of the first pads. The first ends have a narrower interval than the width of the first pads. One or more probe(110) is contacted to the first pads respectively. A supporting member supports the probes.</p> |
