Disclosed are a wired communication unit which changes a communication protocol when a malfunction is generated in a communication line and a wired communication system comprising the same. A wired communication device according to the present invention is a device having two or more communication lines which transmits and receives data. The wired communication device comprises a memory unit and a control unit. The memory unit stores a first communication protocol which transmits and receives the data by using two or more communication lines and second and third communication protocols which transmit and receive the data by using one communication line. The control unit changes a communication method by using the second communication protocol when one of communication lines comprises a malfunction while transmitting and receiving the data by using the first communication protocol and changes the communication method by using the third protocol when the transmission and reception of the data is impossible by using the second communication protocol. The first communication protocol is SPI. The second communication protocol is UART. The third communication protocol is ADSYNC.
