The present invention provides an LED lamp device having high adhesive strength. The LED lamp device comprises: an LED assembly in which LED devices are arranged on an array substrate; a main body having the LED assembly embedded therein; a heat transfer layer formed on the surface of the array substrate to transfer heat generated in the LED devices to the main body; and a heat radiation layer formed on the outer surface of the main body, wherein the heat transfer layer includes: an adhesive resin layer; and a heat transfer coating layer formed on the adhesive resin layer and containing carbon nanotubes, and the heat radiation layer includes: a primer layer including a resin having an oxazoline group; and a heat radiation coating layer formed on the primer layer and containing carbon nanotubes. The LED lamp device according to the present invention can effectively improve weather resistance and durability while having excellent heat radiation characteristics. |
