PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a reduced communication speed.SOLUTION: An SRIO switch acquires predetermined information related to data communication between a base station device and an external device outside the base station device. The SRIO switch predicts a traffic amount of data communication on the basis of the acquired predetermined information. The SRIO switch controls a ratio of a region in a buffer in which data, transmitted from a processing unit in the base station device to another processing unit through a high-speed serial interface and having set priority, is stored in the region provided on a priority-by-priority basis.
