<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal connection device capable of connecting a terminal and a flat cable with high reliability and stability by caulking contact blade parts of the terminal to the flat cable in a proper posture.SOLUTION: A terminal connection device includes: a lower mold 2 and an upper mold 3 which are arranged at positions opposite to each other and whose one is freely movable in the direction approaching to and separating from an opposite party; and a terminal holding part 5 which holds contact blade parts 42 of a terminal 4 at a position between the lower mold 2 and the upper mold 3. The terminal holding part 5 holds a posture of the terminal 4 in a period before piercing the contact blade parts 42 into the flat cable 6 and after piecing them thereinto while tracking movement of the upper mold 3 on the movement side.</p> |
