An apparatus for elevating a thruster is disclosed. The apparatus for elevating a thruster according to an embodiment of the present invention is configured to elevate a thruster including a canister in a trunk extended to the vertical direction of a hull. The apparatus for elevating the thruster comprises: a link on which one end is connected to the canister and a plurality of link units are connected vertically in a multistage structure; an elevating driving unit which is connected to the link and provides a driving force to elevate the link by a predetermined height; and a fixating device to fixate the location of the link.
