PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the addition of a distribution destination possible when an operation for transferring an e-mail is performed, in an e-mail distribution of scanned data, whose object is to manage documents.SOLUTION: An information processor 10 comprises: a scan section 13 for inputting image data; an operation display section 17 for setting the e-mail address of a document distribution destination; an e-mail control section 15 for transmitting e-mail; a document management section 16 for managing a document distribution; and a storage device 20 for storing management information of the document distribution. The document management section 16 adds a distribution destination to the management information according to the response to e-mail transmitted from the e-mail control section 15. The e-mail control section 15, according to, for example, the addition of a distribution destination by the document management section 16, additionally transmits the e-mail to the corresponding document distribution destination. |
