PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottled pasta sauce capable of maintaining, even after the passage of time since the mingling thereof with pasta, an al dente state of the pasta.SOLUTION: The provided bottled pasta sauce is a bottled pasta sauce provided by bottling a topping material-sauce combination of a topping material consisting of dry ingredients and a sauce including liquid and solid portions. The ratio of the solid portion of the sauce with respect to 1 part of the liquid portion thereof is 0.7 part or more and 2 parts or less and the ratio of the liquid portion of the sauce with respect to 1 part of the topping material is 4 parts or more and 10 parts or less. |
