PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic filtering technique in which a filter bank is provided suitable for disintegration, conversion, and synthesis of a component that interferes with an acoustic signal.SOLUTION: An acoustic data acquisition part 101 acquires data x[m] successively input so as to be supplied to a filter bank part 102. The filter bank part 102 subjects x[m] to a filter process and calculates X[m], X [p,m](p=-NL, -NL+1, ...,NH) for each pitch. X [p,m] may calculate 1 time (X [an integer of p, S]) only for S. A logarithmic spectrum calculation part 103 calculates a logarithm of an amplitude from a complex value of X[p, m] calculated by the filter bank part 102. A display data generation part 104 generates a logarithm spectrum as display data based on a calculation result in the logarithm spectrum calculation part 103. A display part 105 displays a two-dimensional image based on the display data generated by the display data generation part 104.
