The purpose of the present invention is to provide a device to form and feed a filler metal for TIG welding which processes a flat plate into a filler metal having a curved cross section to continuously supply it to a weld zone. To achieve this, the present invention provides the device to form and feed the filler metal for TIG welding to process flat-plate filler metal to make it have a curved cross section by pressurizing it, and comprises: a case; a guiding part installed in the front end of the case to guide the filler metal; a rotation roller rotated by a motor which supports and transfers the bottom of the filler metal guided by the guiding part; a pressurizing roller on the top of the rotation roller to pressurize the top of the filler metal in contact with the rotation roller; and a pressurizing device to pressurize the pressurizing roller.
