PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor which is capable of accurately determining show-through, thereby preventing the degradation of image quality caused by unnecessary correction based on erroneous determination, even when the first surface and second surface of a document have a different base color and to provide an image forming system.SOLUTION: The image processor includes an acquisition part acquiring first image data being the image data of the front side of the document and second image data being the image data of the back side of the document, color information acquisition part acquiring first color information being the color information of the predetermined area of the first image data and second color information being the color information of the area of the second image data located on the back side of the predetermined area, determination part determining the show-through of the first image data and the second image data, based on the first color information and the second color information, and a correction part generating first correction image data and second correction image data obtained by correcting the first image data and the second image data, on the basis of the determination result by the determination part. The image forming system includes the image processor. |
