PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating panel having high strength and excellent durability.SOLUTION: A heat insulating panel A is prepared by filling a core material 3 between two metal skins 1 and 2. A plurality of reinforcing materials 4 having a U-shaped cross section are arranged on respective surfaces of the two metal skins 1 and 2 on the core material 3 side at prescribed intervals. The reinforcing material 4 on the one metal skin 1 side and the reinforcing material 4 on the other metal skin 2 side are connected with each other by a connecting member 7.
