<p>An objective of the present invention is to provide a withdrawal-type fishing rod, which is capable of preventing occurrence of excessive tightening and comprises: a connection part that has a smaller production cost and is excellent in endurance. According to the invention, a connection part (4) is used to maintain a rod body (1) with a smaller diameter at a withdrawn state corresponding to a rod body (2) with a larger diameter. The connection part (4) is formed with a rigid protrusion (3A) protruding from any of the inner periphery (2A) of the rod body (2) with a larger diameter or the outer periphery of the rod body (1) with a smaller diameter towards the periphery of a target side, and a soft protrusion (3B) made of a material softer than the rigid protrusion (3A). The protrusion height of the rigid protrusion (3A) towards the periphery of target side is the same or smaller than the protrusion height of the soft protrusion (3B) towards the periphery of the target side.</p> |
