<p>The membrane has a membrane foil and another membrane foil (22) between which nanofibers (23) are arranged, where the membrane foils are laminated and the nanofibers have diameter of 50 nanometers. The nanofibers are made of carbon or polymer. Via holes (24) are formed between the nanofibers. The number and size of the via holes are based on the number and density of the nanofibers. The nanofibers are scattered on or spun in the membrane foils.</p> |
