FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: method involves analysing clinical findings and lipid profile values on the first day of the disease. A risk of post-infarction angina (RPIA) is predicted by formula: P=-3.238+0.01·FDV+0.049·EF-0.532·FFA+0.002·anti-oLDLP+0.001·HP-1.129·HDLPC, wherein FDV is a final diastolic volume, EF is a left ventricular ejection fraction, FFA is free fatty acids, anti-oLDLP is anti-oxidised low-density lipoprotein antibodies, HP is hydrogen peroxide, HDLPC is high density lipoprotein cholesterol. If P values are less than 0.606 and as close as possible to a centroid - 0.080, the RPIA is predicted in the patient.EFFECT: more reliable individual prediction of the RPIA on the first day of the disease that enables prescribing the required corrective therapy as early as possible.2 ex, 2 tbl |
