<p>The present invention provides an up and down moving facility in the air using a wire and a cabin. The up and down moving facility comprises: a rope (10) installed either horizontally or obliquely at a certain height from the ground; a plurality of wire driving means (20) equipped on the rope (10) moving vertically down or winding up the wire (22) by being driven by a motor (21); a plurality of cabins (30) where passengers board on, and the upper part thereof combined to the wire (22) of the wire driving means (20) to be moved up and down; and a controller (40) equipped either in the outside or on the cabin (30), and operated by a third person or a passenger to individually control the wire driving means (20).</p> |
