The present invention relates to a laminate structure including an organic mask and an organic light emitting device manufacturing method thereof. The laminate structure includes: a substrate; and an organic mask arranged on the substrate. The substrate can be made of glass, plastic, or inorganic materials and be flexible. The organic materials include one or more types of materials selected from the group including polyimide, polyethylene, and polyvinyl chloride. |
