<p>The present invention relates to a system and a method for diagnosing floating structure instrument using a smart device. The present invention performs the following procedures: reading a QR code attached to or printed on an instrument installed in a floating structure using a smart terminal; and receiving and outputting characteristic information of the instrument in real time, wherein the characteristic information is matched to the QR code and stored in advance; therefore enabling a user to remotely and easily check the characteristic information through just simple operation. According to the present invention, a system for diagnosing a floating structure instrument using a smart device includes a plurality of instruments, an integrated control database, a device/instrument management apparatus, a smart terminal, and a wireless relay. The instruments are installed in a floating structure and individually include a QR code. The integrated control database matches characteristic information of the instruments to the identification information of the instruments, and stores the matched information. The device/instrument management apparatus contains a diagnostic tool, and diagnoses the status of a plurality of devices as well as the instruments installed in the floating structure using the diagnostic tool. The smart terminal contains a program capable of recording and reading the QR code, establishes an online connection with the integrated control database and then reads the characteristic information of an instrument based on the information of a read QR code, and establishes an online connection with the device/instrument management apparatus and then diagnoses the status of the corresponding instrument by applying the characteristic information of the instrument to the diagnostic tool. The wireless relay enables the smart terminal, the integrated control database, and the device/instrument management apparatus to wirelessly transmit/receive information to/from each other.</p> |
