PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic cleaning unit capable of cleaning a battery terminal chuck section of a charge/discharge test device without stopping a test line, and a charge/discharge test device.SOLUTION: An automatic cleaning unit for cleaning the chuck section of the charge/discharge test device to be tested and electrically connected to the electrode terminal of a secondary battery includes: a cleaning terminal having the same disposition as the electrode terminal of the secondary battery; a vibration element for vibrating the cleaning terminal; and a battery for the cleaning unit for supplying power to the vibration element. The automatic cleaning unit is configured by a cabinet having the same shape as the secondary battery so as to be made to travel on the test line for successively testing a plurality of secondary batteries. The cleaning terminal contacts to the chuck section in place of the electrode terminal of the secondary battery, so as to clean the chuck section by the vibration of the vibration element.
